**Role Overview**

As a **Site Supervisor** at **TechVault**, you will oversee the installation and integration for home automation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed on-site.
- **Project Management**: Oversee and **system installations** for home automation projects, including wiring, networking, and smart system integration.
- **Site Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- **Team Supervision**: Manage site workers, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, electrical codes, and legal regulations.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate issues during project execution.
- **Contractor Coordination**: Collaborate with contractors, technicians, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Represent the site in project meetings and provide updates to management and clients.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience in **electrical wiring, communication systems, automation technology, and site supervision**.
- Strong knowledge of **networking, structured cabling, and smart home system integration**.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
