**Company Description-**Ramee Group of Hotels is an international conglomerate that operates in the GCC and India. Founded in 1997 by Raj Shetty, the company's mission is to deliver memorable experiences through their portfolio of over 40 hotels, restaurants, nightlife, and event venues. They are rapidly expanding from their mid-range segment towards new experiential luxury concepts by launching their new flagship property in Dubai in 2022, Ramee Dream. The new property is a destination with diverse nightlife, restaurants, and events. Their current plans include developing further luxury properties in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Abu Dhabi.

**Role Description-**This is a full-time on-site role for a Nightclub Supervisor located in Dubai. As a Nightclub Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality guest experience at our nightclub venue. Your duties will include managing staff, developing promotional strategies, monitoring finances, scheduling events, and overseeing operations to promote customer retention and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, or a related field
3+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a nightclub environment
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies
Familiarity with local laws and regulations concerning nightlife operations, security, safety, and licensing
