**Job Title : Drill Operator - Mining - Deep Hole Drilling**
**Experience : 8+ Years**

**Purpose**:
A Drill Operator, often referred to as a Driller, plays a vital role in various industries, including mining, construction, geothermal drilling, and well drilling. Their primary responsibility is to operate drilling equipment to create holes, bore into the ground, extract core samples, or perform other drilling-related tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Equipment Operation: Operate drilling equipment, including rotary, percussion, or diamond core drills, and ensure it functions safely and efficiently.
2. Safety: Prioritize safety at all times by following safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and conducting safety inspections on drilling equipment.
3. Site Preparation: Set up drilling rigs at work sites, which may involve assembling and disassembling equipment, securing the drilling rig, and ensuring proper placement.
4. Drilling Procedures: Perform drilling tasks according to project requirements, which may include creating holes for geological exploration, soil sampling, mining, or well drilling.
5. Core Sampling: Extract core samples from the ground, rock, or soil and ensure the samples are properly labeled and stored for analysis.6. Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on drilling equipment, such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn components, and troubleshooting minor issues.
7. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and address technical and operational challenges that may arise during drilling operations.8. Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including depth, drilling speed, and geological data.
9. Geological Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of geological formations and the ability to identify potential drilling hazards, such as unstable ground.
10. Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and geologists to coordinate drilling activities and report findings or issues.
11. Environmental Responsibility: Adhere to environmental regulations and best practices, especially when drilling in ecologically sensitive areas

**Salary**: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
