**Job Description**:
Big Mouth, Vadodara's premier destination for authentic Mexican cuisine, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Kitchen Helper to join our esteemed culinary team.
- **Responsibilities**:_

1. Upholding Hygiene Standards: Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and hygiene protocols in the kitchen area, including proper cleaning of utensils, equipment, and surfaces.

2. Assisting in Food Preparation: Collaborate closely with our culinary team to assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and portioning, to maintain the efficiency of kitchen operations.

3. Compliance with SOPs: Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously to uphold quality, consistency, and safety in food preparation and handling.

4. Inventory Management: Take ownership of inventory counting activities, including regular stock checks, recording inventory levels accurately, and promptly reporting any discrepancies to the management team.

5. Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness: Take pride in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen space, including regular cleaning, sanitization, and waste disposal, in accordance with regulatory standards.

6. Supporting Kitchen Operations: Provide valuable support to kitchen staff during peak hours, including assisting with dishwashing, food plating, and other tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
- **Requirements**:_
- Reading **English**
- Minimum of **one year of experience** in a kitchen environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Ability to understand basic **computer functions** on billing

**Salary and Benefits**:
We offer a competitive monthly salary of 8,000 rupees, provide LUNCH and DINNER and a quarter for staying very close to the restaurant.
