**Layout Designer Responsibilities**:

- Create original designs and rework existing designs like Brochure, Cataloger, Books/eBook, Posters/Flyers, Web Banners Etc.
- Lead the visual and aesthetic aspects of our client’s brand development.
- Respond to feedback in a timely manner.
- Participate in regular design reviews across design disciplines and provide Feedback.
- Give and solicit feedback from the design team in order to continually raise our quality.
- Be an active participant during idealization, self-advocate, and offer solutions over roadblocks.
- Work closely with the project management team to create and maintain the quality of work.
- Coordinate with other design group personnel to review and exchange project information necessary for design development.
- Learn and understand project and Company standards and procedures.

**Designer Requirements**:

- Ability to graphically communicate an idea quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work with multiple project teams simultaneously while maintaining effective communication and tracking of deliverables.
- Experience working with industry-standard tools (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop) and a willingness to learn new software, techniques, and production processes.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work based on short and long-term initiatives.
- Positive attitude and ability to maturely handle constructive criticism.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
