Waiter (Kanhangad)

We are looking for a skilled and friendly **Waiter/Waitress** to join our service team. As a key front-line team member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Your role includes understanding the menu, suggesting dishes, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth and efficient service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas
- Ensure guests are satisfied throughout their dining experience
- Process bills and handle cash or card transactions accurately
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless service
- Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred, fresher are also eligble
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
