**Position Title**: Store Manager

**Role Overview**

The Store Manager is responsible for efficiently managing the inventory and operations of the warehouse/store in a cosmetic manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring optimal stock levels, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and adhering to quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, finished products, and packaging items.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure system accuracy.
- Develop and implement inventory management processes to minimize wastage and losses.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team for efficient performance.
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of daily operations.
- Maintain discipline, resolve conflicts, and uphold company policies.

**Performance Metrics**
- Accuracy in inventory management.
- Reduction in wastage and losses.
- Timely fulfillment of production and delivery schedules.
- Team productivity and adherence to safety standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
