**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Detail-Oriented Cashier** to join our retail team. You will be responsible for managing all customer transactions efficiently, while ensuring a warm and professional in-store experience. Familiarity with **Genesis POS ERP software** is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage retail billing and transactions using **Genesis POS ERP system**:

- Process payments (cash, cards, UPI) and issue accurate receipts
- Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Ensure the billing area is clean, organized, and brand-aligned
- Assist customers with billing-related queries and direct them as needed
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth customer service flow
- Support gift packaging or stock movement during peak hours
- Report any discrepancies or system issues to the store manager promptly

**Qualifications**:

- Prior cashier experience (preferred in retail/jewellery/luxury segments)
- **Hands-on experience with Genesis POS ERP is mandatory**:

- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in handling payments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy, punctual, and well-presented
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation is an advantage
