Responding to Enquiry Calls and managing Walk-ins (including handling

walk-ins for other counsellors in their absence)

Conducting a thorough assessment of Student Profiles

Providing Career Counselling - guiding students to suitable programs and

countries based on their interests and needs

Ensuring confidentiality and privacy when dealing with student information

Offering guidance and advice to students on appropriate study options

considering their academic background, interests, and career aspirations

Supplying students with accurate and dependable information

Promptly sharing course options post-counselling

Updating CRM without leaving any pending tasks

Timely following up with students, maintaining ongoing communication

Conducting program searches for students requesting programs not on the

provided list

Forwarding Application Requests to the Processing Department

Collecting necessary documents from students as per the Processing

Department's requirements

Forwarding university mail communications to the Processing Department

Conducting Offer follow-ups in collaboration with the Processing

Department

Handling Payment Conversions

Coordinating interviews, both mock and university interviews, with the

interview team and providing student feedback

Referring students to the IELTS department when an IELTS score is necessary

Assisting with Visa Processing Department tasks

Sending students' required documents to the Documentation Department

promptly after fee payment

Providing Pre and Post Departure Assistance

Serving as the main point of contact for students on behalf of Edroots

Coordinating with other departments like Processing, Documentation, IELTS

for student updates

Keeping the company mobile and WhatsApp active for efficient

communication

checking the spam folder

Participating in company events and representing the company at event

locations when necessary, such as Expos, Marketing activities, Annual

meetings, etc.

Adhering to company policies

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
