Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with flavor selections.
- Guide customers in choosing flavors and toppings based on their preferences.
- Oversee the order process and ensure accurate delivery to the kitchen.
- Offer suggestions for toppings that complement selected frozen yogurt flavors.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food items, notifying the outlet manager of

low stock.
- Perform stocking and food rotation tasks according to set guidelines.
- Set up the store by arranging all toppings neatly and ensuring everything is stocked and

ready for service.
- Assist in the preparation of frozen yogurt flavors to ensure they are fresh and available

for customers.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues for timely and accurate

order processing.
- Ensure kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and well-maintained, meeting company

standards.
- Address customer inquiries and provide support throughout their experience.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer queries regarding services.Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
