**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ad Copywriting**:

- Develop persuasive and on-brand copy for digital advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Craft attention-grabbing headlines, taglines, and calls to action (CTAs) that drive conversions and boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of copy with visuals in campaigns.
- **Social Media Content**:

- Write engaging and creative copy for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase audience engagement and drive traffic.
- Develop campaign-specific copy, including posts, captions, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices, ensuring content is timely and relevant.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels while adapting tone and style to suit different audiences and platforms.
- Ensure that all content aligns with Nandini West’s core values, mission, and vision.
- **Content Strategy and Planning**:

- Assist in brainstorming and creating content calendars for social media and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support the brand’s marketing goals.
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to inform copy development.
- **SEO and Performance Tracking**:

- Write SEO-friendly copy for ads and social media posts to enhance discoverability and organic reach.
- Use analytics tools to track the performance of ads and social media campaigns, adjusting copy where necessary to optimize engagement and ROI.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages.
- Participate in team meetings to provide insights and contribute creative ideas to improve overall campaign performance.
- **Proofreading and Editing**:

- Ensure that all written content is error-free, grammatically correct, and aligned with Nandini West’s high editorial standards.
- Edit and revise content as necessary to ensure clarity, coherence, and impact.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
