Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for patients with complex medical needs, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Pediatric/Old Age/Chronic Care Nurse to join our team for 24/7 in-home care.

As a Pediatric/Old Age/Chronic Care Nurse in our 24/7 in-home care program, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients with various medical conditions, including cerebral palsy, seizures, and other chronic health issues. Your role will involve ensuring the safety and comfort of these patients, including specialized procedures such as deep oral and nasal suctioning and administering medications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care and support to patients with complex medical needs in their home setting.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Perform specialized procedures, including deep oral and nasal suctioning using a catheter.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes in the patient's condition.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of the patient, addressing any immediate medical needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and caregivers, to create and update care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Administer enteral nutrition through a gastrostomy button (PEG-J).
- Administer a variety of medications throughout the day.
- Be available for on-call duty and respond to emergencies promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Current RN license in [State] and certification in pediatric or adult nursing, with experience in chronic care.
- Strong knowledge of medical care, including the administration of medications, therapies, and specialized procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and their families.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to emergency situations.
- Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Basic life support (BLS) and other relevant certifications are preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
