- Clearly explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and school programs.
- Schedule appointments for school visits, counseling sessions, and interviews.
- Track conversion rates and share insights with the admissions team.
- Prioritize high-potential leads and ensure timely follow-through.
- Build rapport with parents by understanding their concerns and aspirations.
- Offer reassurance and clarity during decision-making phases.
- Act as a bridge between parents and school departments when needed.
- Support promotional campaigns by calling target lists and sharing key messages.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align outreach efforts.
- Provide feedback on parent responses and campaign effectiveness.
