**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for AICTE annual extension of approval of University.
- Compile all the work of Extension of approval/ New Courses/

Technical Campus under the AICTE web-portal.
- Liaising Affiliation work regarding the New Proposed Courses with government Regulatory bodies.
- Coordinates schedules with government Regulatory bodies to ensure there is adequate approval process.
- Organizes work with responsibility to maintain operational standards.
- Ensuring Transparency in every communication from government authorities with the university.
- Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates procedures and policies for registrations.
- Affiliation work and Inspection work from affiliating body Panjab

University, Chandigarh.
- Maintain Office Account and overall administrative work.
- Examination work/Migration/ corresponding with the university and other governing bodies.
- Generate & Compile the NAAC report and Inspect from NAAC team.
- Open to Travel within Territory for Liaising work with Government

Authorities.
- Have some field/ Marketing experience.
- Having good communications Skills.
- Must have Conveyance.
- Can Join Immediately.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
