**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to join our team. As a PRO, you will be responsible for managing the clinic’s public image, creating PR strategies, and ensuring effective communication with the public, media, and key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in promoting the clinic’s services and building strong relationships within the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**: Cultivate and manage relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers in health and wellness. Pitch stories and respond to media inquiries.
- **Press Releases & Content Creation**: Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications to promote new services, events, and promotions.
- **Brand Promotion**: Elevate the clinic’s image through media outreach, press coverage, and community engagement.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute PR events like wellness seminars, client appreciation gatherings, and charity events to enhance brand visibility.
- **Social Media Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful social media campaigns that drive engagement and promote clinic services.
- **Crisis Communication**: Address negative publicity and manage reputational risks effectively.
- **Customer Relations**: Handle client feedback and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in Public Relations (preferably within the wellness, health, or beauty industry).
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in digital media and social platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
