**Key Responsibilities**
- Retail Store Sign board (street and internal) design
- Brochure and pamphlets design
- App UI /Graphics design
- Web site Graphics design
- To create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, navigation flows, mock-ups, and interaction designs.
- To design user-centric experiences for our customers and partners.
- To collaborate with other team members to identify problems, objectives & use cases, map user flows, prototype interactions.
- To communicate your ideas and solutions to product managers and tech team.
- To become familiar with our products and other financial offerings to participate in product management process.
- To keep up with the latest product and design trends.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Understanding of user behaviors and motivations.
- Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Proficient with Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma. Experience in Adobe XD and After Effects would be an advantage but is not necessary.
- Flexibility to work effectively with all coworkers.
- Observing and internalizing all inputs and feedback.
- Cross-platform design experiences for Web, Android, iOS.
- A Graduate/Bachelors degree in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹238,120.25 - ₹1,252,344.66 per year
