We are seeking creative & highly organized _**Delhi based **_Social Media Interns to join our team. The Social Media Intern will help create innovative ideas & campaigns on social media channels, as well as support existing initiatives. In this role, you will engage with our online followers, curate content for our various channels, measure our performance & assist the team in research & other tasks.

Apart from stipend we are also offering **incentives **based on lead generation & social media viewership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling content including graphics & video to engage target audiences across multiple social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop creative campaigns to introduce new products or services
- Optimize posts for reach & engagement
- Analyze performance of campaigns, prepare detailed reports, identify areas of improvement and optimization
- Monitor customer feedback on social media outlets & respond in an appropriate manner
- Assist with running sponsored campaigns on various social platforms
- Remain up to date with latest digital technologies & trends
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure all activities remain consistent across different channels

**Job Requirements**
- Previous work experience in Social Media is a plus
- Understanding of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Working knowledge of online graphic designing tools like Canva, Filmora, etc. is a must
- Working knowledge of AI writing tools is a must
- Excellent written & oral communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
