**Position: Medical Billing Executive**
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Job Type**: Full-time | On-site
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and process medical claims accurately and within established timelines.
- Verify patient insurance details and ensure correct billing codes are applied.
- Submit claims electronically or manually to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid claims.
- Manage rejections, denials, and appeals efficiently.
- Record all billing activities and maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Generate reports and assist with month-end reconciliation if required.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education (preferred).
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in U.S. medical billing or healthcare RCM.
- Strong understanding of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS coding is an advantage.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with medical billing software.
**Work Schedule**
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
- Shift: Evening or Night (U.S. shift hours).
