**Student Guidance and Support**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding course selection, career planning, and academic performance.
- Identify students’ strengths, interests, and goals to recommend appropriate academic and career paths.

**Information and Advising**:

- Offer detailed information about available educational programs, institutions, and scholarship opportunities.
- Stay updated on new courses, career trends, and admission requirements to guide students effectively.

**Workshops and Seminars**:

- Conduct workshops, webinars, and seminars on career planning, study techniques, and personal development.
- Organize orientation programs to assist students in transitioning into their academic environment.

**Parental Engagement**:

- Collaborate with parents to discuss students’ progress, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
- Provide strategies for parental support in the student’s educational journey.

**Collaboration and Networking**:

- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and career advisors to create a supportive environment for students.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes to facilitate student placements and opportunities.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on counseling activities and outcomes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
