Dairy Technologist

Knowledge to develop new and improved methods in producing, preserving, and utilizing milk, cheese, and other dairy products.
- Also, conduct experiments in such problems as preventing a bacterial increase in milk during handling and processing, improving pasteurization methods, and designing better packaging materials, dairy equipment, or supplies.
- May also specialize according to the product, such as ice cream or cheese, or according to functional activity, such as sanitation research or storage problems.

Supervising milk collection network. Setting up new collection centres. Coordination with farmers. Milk collection. Milk testing in the field. Supervising milk supply chain.

The role involves development work

Dairy industry experience is a must. Milk Procurement. Extension activities in rural with dairy farmers. Milk Tanker Logistics. Overall milk collection network development & management. Rural travel

**Salary**: ₹25,550.32 - ₹35,284.22 per month
