Primary Responsibilities:

**Job Requirement**
- Specific SASG Admin Skills:

- Experience administering SASG 9.4 M7, Experience with migration to SASG 9.4 M8 (from M7).
- Administer SASG platform (SAS EG, SAS Studio) installed on RHEL.
- Manage Metadata security and Metadata backup/restore.
- Design, implement and maintain the security framework (access rights and privileges, user roles/groups, SSO).
- Schedule and coordinate all planned outages of the SASG servers and access the impact of non-SAS software (hardware, storage, operation system and network related) changes on the SASG servers.
- Support all areas of the SASG platform, assisting with problems pertaining to the SASG,including being the liaison to SAS technical support.
- Develop processes for reporting the SASG platform’s utilization, availability and monitoring.
- Install hot fixes, service packs, upgrades and add-on SAS components.
- Experience reading through SAS logs to debug problems and identify root causes of issues.
- Work with the Client SAS User community.
- Ensure the overall health and security of the SASG platform.
- Ensure platform is position for compliance with Regions IT policies and standards and agreed upon service levels.
- Work with clients to install and configure SAS software according to business and architectural needs, including SAS Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, LSF, SAS Data Quality, SAS Visual Analytics.
- User onboarding and provide user support and implement configuration changes, as needed.
- Submit appropriate tickets and manage change control for changes.
- Experience w/Jira and ServiceNow to resolve tickets, incidents and manage documentation.
- Manage Disaster Recovery
