**Job Title**: US Healthcare Chat Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a US Healthcare Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in the US healthcare industry through online chat platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding healthcare products and services.
- Adhere to strict quality standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in chat-based customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in using chat platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be able to meet quality standards (C2 level).
