- **Greeting and assisting guests: Providing** a warm welcome, offering information, and ensuring a positive first impression.
- **Handling guest-taking the order and insuring to take the order and providing excellent service**:

- **Managing reservations: Processing** and updating reservations, handling inquiries, and making modifications.
- **Resolving guest issues: Addressing** guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Providing information: Answering** guest questions about local attractions, services, and facilities.
- **Maintaining the front desk: Keeping** the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- **Communicating with other departments: Coordinating** with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure smooth operations.
- **Assisting with other tasks: Depending** on the specific role, may assist with tasks like baggage handling, concierge services, or managing guest amenities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
