**Job Description**:

- Experience in designing the enterprise or customer IDM Architecture with SailPoint IIQ and other IDM products.
- At least 6 8 years of SailPoint IIQ implementation experience.
- Must Strong IAM domain knowledge.
- Strong experience in architecting IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ.
- Experienced in executing the module.
- Strong hands on development skills in SailPoint and well versed in creating workflows rules custom bean shell provisioning plan certifications LCM custom connectors policies entitlements role mining etc.
- Must possess prior experience of having Architected Designed and Conceptualized IAM Solution for multiple Customers.
- Should have designed and implemented at least 2 IDM Solutions for large enterprises Drive IDM patterns for implementation and arrive at various common patterns for IDM use cases.
- Build reusable repository of readymade use cases along with necessary documentation that implementation engineers can use across projects.
- Drive Customer Proof of concept implementations and ensure successful delivery of use cases.
- Guide the team on solution design deployment and implementation.
- Prepare requirement specification and design documentations.
- Mentoring the team to provide technical solutions for Business and IT driven projects.
