**Key Responsibilities**: - Set up and operate laser cutting machines for cutting various materials - Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to perform cutting operations. - Perform daily machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in proper working condition. - Monitor cutting processes to ensure high-quality production and troubleshoot issues. - Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and minimize waste. - Maintain records of production runs, machine performance, and job sheets. - Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to meet production deadlines. - Ensure workplace safety standards are followed at all times.

**Skills & Qualifications**: - 1-2 years of experience as a Laser Cutting Operator or similar role in the manufacturing industry. - Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications. - Familiarity with CNC programming and laser cutting software is a plus. - Attention to detail and precision in operating machinery. - Basic knowledge of material properties (e.g., metals, plastics). - Ability to work independently and solve operational problems. - Strong understanding of safety protocols in an industrial setting. - Willingness to work in shifts if required.

**Education**: - High School / ITI / Diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
