**Job description**

**Trainee Program - TRAINEE HR, TRAINEE ENGINEER, TRAINEE DESIGN,TRAINEE PRODUCTION ,TRAINEE AUTOMATION.TRAINEE Proposal Engineer / Sales Engineer.**

**Location**: Pune( Chakan )

**Duration**: 1 Year

**Reporting To**: Department Supervisor/Manager

**Stipend**: 7,000 to 15,000

**Role Overview**

Interns will work closely with team members in their assigned departments, participate in day-to-day operations, and receive guidance to develop a strong understanding of [industry/field].

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities (Applicable to All Departments):
Support team members with routine tasks and ongoing projects.

Assist in research, data analysis, and preparing reports.

Contribute creative ideas and solutions to departmental challenges.

Maintain documentation and update internal systems.

Department-Specific Responsibilities:
Marketing: Assist in campaign planning, social media management, and content creation.

HR: Support recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training activities.

Finance: Help with budget tracking, financial reporting, and invoice management.

Sales: Participate in lead generation, client communication, and market analysis.

Learning and Development:
Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.

Gain an understanding of the department's role within the organization.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:
**Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s
- M.Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation**

**Degree in B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronics, Instrumentation.**

**Degree in MBA(HR)/PGDM(HR)**

**Diploma in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication,.**

**Other Requirements**:
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

A strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
