**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar energy products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and inbound inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries courteously and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights to the management team.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Telecaller / Customer Care Executive / Telesales Executive.
- **Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry preferred.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
