- Accounts Executive**_

**Responsibilities**:

- **Cash Handling**:

- Manage and oversee daily cash transactions.
- Ensure accurate recording and safekeeping of cash receipts and disbursements.
- Maintain cash controls to safeguard the organization's financial assets.
- **Journal Entries**:

- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for journal entries.
- **Bank Reconciliation (BRS)**:

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze bank statements to identify any unusual transactions.
- **Accounts Receivables and Follow-ups**:

- Manage accounts receivables and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to resolve payment issues.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interact professionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Provide clear and concise financial information to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**JOB LOCATION: AFRICA (You will be relocated to Africa for 2 years)**
