**Key Responsibilities**: - Execute a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients with the objective of generating and qualifying leads. - Conduct in-depth needs analysis with potential clients to identify suitable financial solutions and align with our product offerings. - Accurately and meticulously maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions and lead statuses within our CRM system. - Collaborate seamlessly with the Home Loan sales team to facilitate a smooth and efficient handover of qualified leads. - Consistently meet or exceed predefined targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. - Experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or outbound sales capacity would be appreciated, anyways "FRESHERS" are most welcomed. - Possesses exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. - Demonstrates a high degree of resilience, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset. - Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales-related technologies. - A strong commitment to professional excellence and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. **Remuneration & Benefits**: - A competitive base salary commensurate with experience. - A robust incentive structure designed to reward high performance and successful lead generation. - Significant opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the company.
