**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and brand teams to design user-centric digital experiences.
- Design dashboards, SaaS interfaces, and e-commerce user flows with consistent brand styling.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine the experience.
- Maintain design systems, components, and brand consistency across all products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer (2-4 years preferred).
- Proficiency in **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, **Illustrator**, or **Photoshop**.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive layouts.
- Experience designing for **SaaS dashboards**, **multi-tenant platforms**, or **e-commerce websites** is a **plus**.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to balance aesthetics with usability.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with **AI tools**, **motion design**, or **prototype animation**.
- Understanding of **frontend basics (HTML, CSS, React)** to improve handoff quality.
- Prior work in **jewelry, fashion, or luxury brand UI design** is an advantage.
