**A Meghalaya-based Ferro Alloy Manufacturing Company is looking for an Office Executive for its Head Office located in Guwahati, Assam.**
Job Responsibilities
- Update the reports in Google Sheets for Sales, Dispatches, Tracking, etc.
- Track and Follow-up the consignments dispatched against the tenders; subsequently update the Tracking sheets
- Calling and following up with PSUs for various issues related to tender fulfillment and payment
- Prepare sales and dispatch orders for consignments for Plant
- Checking the GEM portal and other websites for all relevant tenders
- Prepare tender documents for participation as per the guidance from HOD
- Update payment tracker Google Sheets and prepare tender summaries
- Thorough reading of tender RFQs and highlighting important and relevant points
- Downloading & preparing required documents for participating in the Online Tender Auction Events.

Language Known: - English/ Hindi (Spoken and Written)
Job Specification/Requirements:
- Knowledge of GEM portal, Govt. E-tendering will be an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must; free from Grammatical errors
- Prior experience in Tendering work and documentation is expected from applicants
Educational Requirements: - Graduation or Post Graduation in B.Com, B.Sc, M.Com, BBA, MBA or Relevant qualification
Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years (s)
Salary Range: 20 to 25k
Age: 24 to 35 Years
