**Main Responsibilities/Key Tasks**

 To ensure that you give highest level of hospitality to the guest at all times.

 To ensure that orders of food and beverage are served promptly in accordance

with hotel standards.

 Ensuring revenue is maximised through, suggestive selling and correct billing

 To report all faults, guest complaints and maintenance matters to the Manager.

 To display a pro-active and innovative approach to improving the service levels

and standards of the restaurant.

 Ensure communication procedures are effective and efficient on a day to day

basis, so that service standards are not compromised.

 To be able to act with initiative, planning for the future and possible

consequences.

 Being pro-active in getting things done and exceeding expectations of both

guests and colleagues where possible.

 To develop interactive customer relations and to be aware of any possible future

requirements. To relay such information and ideas to the Manager for improved

**Qualification /Experience / other skills**
- Diploma or degree from hotel management
- Fresher with iet experience or persons with 2 to 3 yrs experience from reputed hotels

**Key Skills**
- Good communication skills

** **Clean with good hygiene habits

** ** Professional attitude and expectations

** ** Work in a team environment

** **Must have excellent customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
