**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **versatile and creative Graphic Designer** to join our team In this role, you’ll design compelling visuals, create engaging videos, and develop **impactful presentations** that resonate with our audience. Your work will help shape our brand identity across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and educational initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing **PowerPoint presentations** for workshops, webinars, and internal use.
- Edit and produce **high-quality videos** for promotional campaigns, social media, and educational content.
- Develop **eye-catching social media posts** optimized for engagement across platforms.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX and marketing teams to maintain a **consistent brand identity**.
- Work on **illustrations, infographics, motion graphics (if skilled), and storytelling visuals**.
- Stay updated with **design, video, and social media trends** to bring fresh ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro)**.
- Strong skills in **video editing and motion graphics** (Reels, promotional videos, animations, etc.).
- Experience in designing **PowerPoint presentations (PPTs)** with strong visual storytelling.
- Ability to create **engaging social media content** aligned with branding and marketing goals.
- Knowledge of **typography, colour theory, and design principles**.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.

**Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of **Canva, Figma**, or other design tools.
- Basic understanding of **UI/UX design** principles.
- Interest in **education, psychology, or child development-related projects**.
