Spoken English Trainer

I. Key responsibilities:
Plan and implement LM’s Tara Programme, a spoken English program for children and adult learners. This will involve:
1. Conduct English language classes for students between KG to Grade 5 in customer schools

2. Assess and evaluate progress in learning across all grades

3. Maintain regular communication with customer schools. Obtain customer feedback and take action as appropriate.

4. Maintain relevant documentation and assist in data collection and analysis

5. Provide programmatic support to LM teams II.

Qualifications / Work experience

1. Any Bachelors’ Degree. A degree in Education with a specialization in English will be an advantage.

3. Any experience in coordinating / administrative work will be good.

4. Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Apps III.

Additional requirements for the role:
1. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to speak in Kannada and/or Hindi.

2. Passionate about education as well as customer engagement. Eagerness to learn and work in a diverse team.

3. Ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds

4. Strong planning and organizational skills

5. Ability to work on weekends (occasionally)
