As a Senior Jewelry Merchandiser at AVPSTAR, you will play a pivotal role in curating, managing, and maximizing the profitability of our jewelry collections. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire merchandising process, from trend analysis and product selection to inventory management and pricing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the jewelry market, strong analytical skills, and a passion for beautiful jewelry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Selection**: Collaborate with design teams to curate a diverse and appealing jewelry collection that aligns with current market trends and customer preferences.

**Market Research**:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to make data-driven decisions regarding product offerings.

**Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and readily available to meet customer demand while minimizing overstock.

**Pricing Strategies**: Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitiveness in the market.

**Supplier Relations**: Maintain and nurture relationships with jewelry suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating favourable terms and securing exclusive designs.

**Sales Analysis**: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.

**Visual Merchandising**: Work closely with the marketing and retail teams to ensure the effective presentation of jewelry collections in stores and online.

**Team Leadership**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior merchandisers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5 Years of experience in jewelry merchandising, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry materials, styles, and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
