Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Answer incoming calls from customers seeking information about our products or services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales transactions in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and secure repeat business.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing sales opportunities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, depending on the target market.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
