Role Specifics - Day in the Life (Job Description)

**Responsible for CashKaro’s Visual Representation (on every platform)**:
The core ownerships areas will be:
**Asset Creation: Work with teams to deliver marketing & corporate motion-based creative assets such as -**
1) Video Production:

- ** **Scripting, Storyboard creation, Pre-production meetings, Shoot execution, Color grading, final cuts, adaptations, etc for ads, social media content and in-house events
- 2) Motion Graphics/Animations: Create graphical videos for Social Media, Performance Marketing Ads, in-app animations, etc

**Video Language**:Determine a clear video language that showcases brand personality & tonality (as set by leadership) in the most thumb-stopping and understandable manner

**Video Consistency**:Showcase consistency while creating any video creative asset for the brand at all times (including topical campaigns)

**Functionality**:To make sure every video creative asset meets its functional (readability, brand visibility, visual appeal, etc) and performance objectives (Engagement, Reach, Conversion, etc)

**Quality Check**:Maintain a close check on everyday video creative assets on all platforms for quality assurance

**Marketing objectives**:Conceptualize & execute video requirements across the company, from initial pitch to post, steering the thinking for the brand through all digital communication channels

**Team Management**:
The core ownerships areas will be:
**Build a robust** team that delivers creative assets at the highest quality

**Create processes** that decrease the TAT and increase efficiency

**Actively participate** in the growth & upskilling of each individual in the team and instill team culture

**Manage daily briefs** from different marketing teams of the company

**Create cross-department processes** to help each team reach the highest efficiency & quality creative assets

**Innovation**
a. Help the brand evolve in its visual identity over the years, keeping in mind the mission & vision of the company
- b. Constantly bring new ideas to the table that will help achieve brand & performance objectives
- c. Bring new ways in the team to better quality and maintain a high motivating environment

Must have skills

**Should be able to demonstrate real craft for design**- Understanding the aesthetics & logistics of video production
- Possess knowledge of basic design tools & software (Premier Pro, Photoshop, etc)
- Ability to showcase talent in Video Production across different kinds of video assets
- Proven record of having created digital video assets for brands

- Has mastered all types of design skills - graphic designing, 3D, motion graphics, video, etc
- Good understanding of Visual Branding
