**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Design**:

- Develop and execute innovative design concepts for digital and print media, including websites, social media campaigns, marketing materials, brochures, posters, and other promotional assets.
- Translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand designs.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
**Digital Design**:

- Stay updated with the latest digital design trends, tools, and technologies.
**Print Design**:

- Design and layout printed materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and packaging.
- Ensure print quality and color accuracy by working closely with printers and other production teams.
**Branding**:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
- Create brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to in all design projects.
**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet objectives.
- Provide input and guidance during the conceptualization stage of projects, contributing to brainstorming and ideation sessions.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
**Experience**:

- 5-8 years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design software.
- Understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, HTML/CSS basics, and UX/UI best practices.
- Knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
**Creative Skills**:

- Strong sense of aesthetics, including color theory, typography, and visual composition.
- Ability to translate brand values and messaging into visual designs that engage and inspire.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for producing high-quality work.
**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take feedback constructively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as an agency or in-house creative team.
