**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Training and Student Development**:

- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for IELTS and PTE, ensuring students achieve their target scores.
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans and strategies for individual and group learning.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and monitor student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS and PTE exam patterns, ensuring content and strategies align with current requirements.

**2. Leadership and Team Management**:

- Take complete responsibiltity of the institute’s operations and performance.
- Lead by example, setting high standards of professionalism, dedication, and accountability.

**3. Sales and Marketing**:

- Handle walk-in and online inquiries, convert leads into admissions through persuasive communication and a solutions-focused approach.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students, including organizing promotional activities, seminars, or webinars.
- Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to enhance the institute’s reputation and enrollment rates.

**4. Operational Management**:

- Oversee and manage all daily operations, ensuring the institute runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of student data, performance metrics, and institute finances.
- Coordinate class schedules, batch timings, and curriculum implementation.
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, professional, and conducive to student success.

**5. Strategic Planning**:

- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the institute’s overall performance.
- Collaborate with management (if applicable) to set and achieve long-term goals for the institute.
- Implement new technologies, resources, and teaching methods to stay ahead of industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an IELTS and/or PTE Trainer (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in customizing lesson plans based on individual learning needs.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, and handling inquiries is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools for maintaining records and planning.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in managing or leading an educational institute.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and student recruitment techniques.
