**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accommodation Advice and Guidance**:

- Offer advice and information to students about available housing options (on-campus, off-campus, private rentals, etc.).
- Assist students in identifying suitable accommodation based on their personal preferences, budget, and specific needs (e.g., special requirements for accessibility, proximity to campus).
- **Student Support**:

- Offer tailored advice to students facing challenges with accommodation, including issues such as roommate conflicts, maintenance concerns, or safety issues.
- Support students in the transition to independent living, providing advice on budgeting, managing living arrangements, and adjusting to new environments.
- Act as a liaison between students and accommodation providers to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Accommodation Applications and Placements**:

- Coordinate the allocation and placement of students in available accommodation based on their preferences and available spaces.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking accommodation requests and placements.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Coordinate with the housing team to ensure that accommodation contracts and agreements are issued and signed in a timely manner.
- **Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving**:

- Provide mediation services for students experiencing conflicts with roommates or neighbors, offering solutions and referring them to additional support services as needed.
- Handle emergencies and incidents related to student accommodation, ensuring proper communication with relevant parties and resolution of issues.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with campus housing, student services, and other relevant departments to ensure a coordinated approach to student accommodation needs.
- Organize and participate in housing fairs, orientations, and other activities to inform students about accommodation options.
- **Compliance and Policies**:

- Ensure that all accommodation policies and procedures are followed in accordance with university regulations and legal requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of legal requirements regarding housing (e.g., fair housing laws, accessibility standards, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,645.92 - ₹30,593.18 per month
