Cctv Technician

The Support Engineer at Soltech Tech Services Pvt Ltd will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, ensuring the seamless operation of systems like CCTV installations, IT infrastructure, and software solutions. This role includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and offering exceptional customer service to address and resolve client issues effectively.
- Respond promptly to client queries related to CCTV, IT systems, and software products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on-site or remotely.
- Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of systems, including CCTV setups and security solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Provide training to clients on system usage and functionality.
- Ensure proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor systems and proactively identify potential problems to ensure system uptime.
- Stay updated with new technologies and solutions in the IT and security domains.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
