**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and dedicated **female graduate** to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to begin a career in digital marketing and client engagement, with a focus on **lead generation** and **market research**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients in international markets.
- Generate leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, freelance portals, and business directories.
- Understand client needs and align them with company services.
- Coordinate with the internal digital marketing team to follow up on leads and proposals.
- Maintain and update lead data and records.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate is must.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Basic understanding of online marketing and digital trends.
- Comfortable using web research tools and professional networking platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
