**Job Title**: Tele caller
**Location**: Kharadi, Pune

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to the patients relatives who needs our help
- should handle things with emotions while communicating.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads generated via different marketing channels.
- Explain our services clearly and effectively to customers.
- Maintain call records and update CRM with relevant details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Proven sales background with a successful track record.
- Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Willingness to commit to the role for at least one year.
- Ready for immediate joining.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
