Warehouse Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the organisation and management of inventory in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. Implementing inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimise discrepancies.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including scheduling and coordinating staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow. Supervising the picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer orders and deadlines.
- Monitoring stock levels and conducting regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records. Replenishing stock as needed and coordinating with buying or replenishment teams to ensure a sufficient supply of products.
- Conducting inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to identify and resolve any quality issues.
- Managing warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and storage systems. Coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed to keep equipment in good working condition.
- Supervising warehouse staff, including setting performance goals and providing regular feedback. Motivating the team to maintain productivity and efficiency levels. Handling employee scheduling, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as purchasing, logistics, and retail operations, to ensure efficient coordination and flow of products. Communicating regularly with retail store managers to understand their needs and coordinate stock transfers.
- Continuously reviewing warehouse processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Implementing efficient workflows, automation, or technology solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
