**Position**: Purchase Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Procurement Management:
® Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, and other necessary supplies.

® Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

® Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Inventory Management:
® Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials.

® Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to manage inventory requirements.

® Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track procurement activities.

Supplier Management:
® Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

® Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address any issues or concerns.

® Establish and maintain a database of approved suppliers.

Compliance and Documentation:
® Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the chemical industry.

® Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.

® Prepare and present procurement reports to management.

Cost Optimization:
® Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

® Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.

® Implement strategies to optimize procurement costs without compromising on quality.

**Qualifications**:
® Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

® 3-5 years of experience in procurement within the chemical industry.

® Strong knowledge of chemical products and suppliers.

® Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

® Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.

® Strong organizational and time-management skills.
