Key Responsibilities:
**Photography and Videography**:Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment.
Set up and adjust camera settings, lighting, and composition to achieve desired results.
Shoot both still photographs and motion video footage as required.

**Creative Direction**:Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand their vision and requirements.
Offer creative input and suggestions for improving visual storytelling.

**Equipment Management**:Maintain, clean, and ensure the proper functioning of photography and videography equipment.
Keep up-to-date with advancements in camera technology and editing software.

**Editing and Post-Production**:Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance quality, color, and composition.
Add special effects, animations, or sound as needed.
Deliver the final product in various formats and resolutions.

**Location Scouting**:Identify suitable locations for shoots, considering lighting, background, and other environmental factors.
Secure permits and permissions when necessary.

**Time Management**:Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
Ensure efficient workflow during shoots to capture essential moments.

**Archiving and Storage**:Organize and store photos and video files in a secure and easily retrievable manner.
Create backups to prevent data loss.

**Self-Development**:Stay updated on industry trends, equipment, and techniques through training and research.
Continuously improve technical and artistic skills.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
- Proficiency in using photography and videography equipment, including DSLR cameras, video cameras, and lighting equipment.
- Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Light room, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Premier Rush, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of copyright and legal requirements related to photography and videography.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse settings and environments.
