Placement Officer

**JOB ROLE**

As a Placement Officer at Interval Learning Platform, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between education and employment. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with industry partners, preparing learners for job readiness, and ensuring successful placements across various domains.

**DUTIES AND RESPOSNSIBILITIES**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, HR partners, and hiring companies.
- Source placement opportunities across industries relevant to our learners’ skills and courses.
- Organize placement drives, employer interaction sessions, and job fairs (virtual and on-site).
- Prepare and train learners on interview skills, resume building, and professional etiquette.
- Track placement data, maintain accurate records, and generate regular placement reports.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align training outcomes with industry requirements.
- Identify market trends and align placement strategies to evolving job roles.
- Maintain a database of hiring partners and keep them engaged for repeat hiring cycles.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to students post-placement for successful onboarding.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- 1+ years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or HR.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with edtech or training ecosystem is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
