**Role & Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Executive / Jewel Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Understanding Customer Needs**: Engage with customers to understand their jewellery preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations based on their tastes and budgets.
- **Product Showcase**: Present a wide range of jewel products and designs, highlighting their unique features and suitability for each customer.
- **Pricing and Transaction Handling**: Accurately calculate product selling value, handle pricing discussions, and manage monetary transactions with care.
- **Product Knowledge Development**: Stay updated on the latest gold jewellery trends, terminologies, and industry insights to provide expert consultation.
- **Customer Relationship Building**: Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through engaging discussions and excellent service.
- **Stock Management**: Maintain jewellery stock, ensure proper record-keeping, and uphold the highest standards of safety and security.
- **Training & Development**: Actively attend training sessions and skill development programs for Jewel Consultant promotions and personal growth.
- **Assistance to Jewel Consultants**:Support the jewellery consultants by fetching the right products to service the customer
- **Smartworking and Intelligent**: Proactive individuals with strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- **Punctual and Disciplined**: Must be reliable, time-conscious, and aligned with company values.
- **Eager Learner**: Open to learning about new products, industry updates, and sales techniques, with enthusiasm to explain them to customers.
- **Cheerful Communicator**: Excellent communication and presentation skills with a positive attitude.
- **Strong Arithmetic Skills**: Must be good at calculations and basic mathematics for accurate pricing and transactions.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, designers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Work Location: Coimbatore

Educational Qualification: A Graduate who is interested to build a career in Jewellery business. No experience is required, Training will be provided

Salary Range

During probation period 22,600 CTC. Attractive incentives after training and promotion to Jewel consultant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,600.00 per month
