**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To perform duties as clinical assistant without direct decision making or administering treatment in a patient.
- To co-ordinate consultant visit.
- To arrange the references.
- To update information in HIMS.
- To collect reports and inform consultants the same.
- To update discharge summary.
- To assist in transfer of patient from Wards, OT, ICU to various departments.
- To co-ordinate patient discharge smoothly.
- Clinical Assistants are not allowed to carry out any procedure including bedside Procedures.
- Clinical Assistants are not allowed to sign on any consent for any procedures.
- Clinical Assistants are not allowed to sign on medical records or issue any prescriptions/ certificates.

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
