**Job Objective**

Join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive and embark on a journey to elevate brand presence and impact across the digital landscape. As a creative force, you'll curate compelling Digital Marketing strategies across social media and professional platforms, aligning seamlessly with our organizational strategy. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting and executing engaging social media campaigns, driving brand awareness to new heights. Collaborate seamlessly across functions, leveraging your creative mindset finesse to amplify our message with captivating visuals. You'll be our conduit to the world, liaising with designers and maintaining our digital footprint, while also formulating strategies for lasting customer connections.

**Key outputs required from you**:

- Curate and coordinate content across various social media platforms and professional portals in alignment with our organizational strategy and timelines.
- Contribute to the preparation of marketing analytics, measuring the impact and effectiveness of our digital initiatives.
- Play a key role in strategizing, ideating, planning, and executing social media campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop content marketing strategies and editorial plans that deliver effective results.
- Identify and communicate upcoming speaking opportunities, events, conferences, and sponsorships relevant to our business, working closely with the Business Development team.
- Work collaboratively with the Content Manager to ensure promotional collateral and content align seamlessly with our brand.
- Liaise with designers to maintain and provide content for our organization's website, ensuring it remains vibrant and up to date.
- Formulate and execute strategies to establish enduring digital connections with our customer base.
- Plan and launch impactful advertising campaigns to heighten brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to provide industry research and insights that inform our marketing strategies.
- Take charge of administrative duties, including the preparation of comprehensive PR and Marketing reports on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accurate and timely updates to plans and trackers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ideally holds a bachelor's degree with a specialization in Marketing.
- Possesses an inquisitive mindset and thrives in collaborative environments.
- Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Displays mastery in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exhibits relevant expertise in copywriting and editing.
- Is adept at the art of storytelling, proficiently conveying messages through creative and informative visuals, in coordination with the in-house designer and content writer.

With a minimum of 2 years' experience in Digital Marketing, your knack for storytelling, coupled with your collaborative spirit and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, will be the driving force behind our brand's digital evolution.
